The Citizenship and Leadership Training Centre Corporate Courses are designed for effective Work/Life balance which will deal greatly with conflict in the work place.
In this programme, modern approaches to leadership and management are taught and practicalized. Different theories of leadership and management are explored and participants are encouraged to adopt the approach that best suits their organisations.
Participants learn about Leadership, Entrepreneurship, Finance, Project management, Leisure and Recreation, Time managements, and of course Stress management leading to a successful corporate venture.
